Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Our advanced, fully integrated Warehouse Management System (WMS) is the backbone of our operations. Powered by industry-leading Microsoft 365 Business Central, alongside RF (Radio Frequency) scan guns and Insight Works software, it ensures accurate handling of products— from receiving and sorting to picking and shipping.
We also use “License Plate” technology, which means each pallet has a barcoded label with all the key details—like item number, quantity, description, and where it’s located in the warehouse. This makes it easy to track products and provides complete visibility throughout the process.
Key Features:
- Real-Time Inventory and Order Visibility: Access instant insights to prevent stockouts and enhance decision-making.
- EDI Connectivity: Automate data exchanges to streamline order processing and minimize errors.
- Advanced Inventory Counts: Conduct regular cycle counts for accurate and reliable inventory data.
- Seamless Shipping and Carrier Integration: Integrate with various small parcel carriers for efficient shipping rates and real-time tracking.
- Single-Click Cost Comparisons: Optimize logistics costs by easily comparing shipping rates and delivery options.
- Lot and Serial Number Tracking with FEFO/FIFO: Ensure traceability and compliance using FEFO and FIFO capabilities.
- Pain-Free Onboarding: Contributes to a smoother operation, leading to increased customer satisfaction.
EDI Capability
We prefer to use Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for exchanging documents and managing order fulfillment. With EDI, we can automate the flow of information between our systems, making communication faster and more accurate for everyone involved. This technology helps us streamline key 3PL functions like inventory management, order picking, and shipping, ensuring your orders are processed and delivered more quickly and reliably. By reducing manual input, EDI minimizes errors, speeds up fulfillment times, and allows us to stay efficient at every step of the supply chain.
Key Benefits:
- Increases efficiency: Streamlines order processing procedure, eliminates manual data entry slowdown and helps in accelerating order fulfillment.
- Decreases costs: Reduces paperwork (printing, copying, filing, and storage) and time spent on problems caused by data entry errors.
- Improves accuracy and timeliness: Eliminates data entry errors, ensuring that orders and documents are exchanged instantly, leading to faster and more reliable transactions.
